We are Jeremy & April Gottlich. Our Journey into land ownership began in 2023 with the purchase of our first property. What started as a personal dream, quickly became a passion for helping others experience the freedom and pride that comes with owning land. Today, our mission is to help others achieve land ownership, to create something lasting- a future rooted in freedom, security & legacy for generations to come.

Jeremy is the land expert, born and raised in South Mississippi. He grew up on a farm, and has worked in several industries related to land management throughout the years. Jeremy loves to hunt, work on his property, camp, build (or fix anything!) and spend quality time with his growing family.

April is the Real Estate expert, having been licensed in the state of MS since 2011. She obtained her Brokers license in 2019. She has worked in residential real estate, new home construction, and land development. April loves anything outdoors, traveling, cooking & baking, and the love of her family the most.
